Elizabeth StuttardElizabeth Stuttard Elizabeth has benefited greatly from a varied career in theatre,television and opera.  She has worked as an intern in the production department of the ROH Covent Garden in 'Esclarmonde' (Massenet) which was directed by the gifted Lofti Mansouri and starred the legendary Dame Joan Sutherland.

Elizabeth continued to work as an Assistant Producer and Stage Director for many of the major opera companies in England and Ireland before finally returning to the Gate Theatre, Dublin to act as a voice coach and Assistant Director.  

In recent years, she has been working with young people helping to develop their musicality and vocal skills through song and percussion based on the principles of Zoltan Kodaly. In 2005, she completed Level One in the Estill Voice Training System and in Summer 2007 attended a training course for singing teachers run by the Association of Teachers of Singing . AOTOS.  She is presently pursuing her interest in the work of Alfred Tomatis, a specialist ENT doctor, who has devised a therapy programme which assists with training the ear to receive sounds and process them more accurately.

She specialises in teaching music and singing for the younger voice and currently takes the Junior Classes at the Bel Canto School of Singing, Belmont Tower, Belfast. She is working towards her qualification in Dalcroze as well as continuing her study of the work of Tomatis.
