I am delighted that Belfast once again has a Music Festival.  Having sung for many years and learnt so much about the art of singing through the festival movement, I think this is a wonderful opportunity for young singers in Belfast. I would invitev all singing teachers to entcourage their students to enter music festivals as it is a wonderful preparation for those entering grades in singing as well as taking voice as their main instrument in GCSE & A Level Music practicals.

Well done to Denise Lowry & the Committee of the Speech & Drama section of the festival for this marvellous initiative.
